Your Tasks

Role Purpose
Cooperate with E-Commerce online channel partners to generate sales according to KPI or target.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for all E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Activities in Malaysia and Singapore
  • Drive Omnichannel growth initiatives by integrating online and offline touchpoints, ensuring alignment between e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and physical retail to maximize overall customer reach and sales performance.
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to support short and long-term growth objectives which includes the following: -
    • E-Commerce proposition creation – including key player product & proposition analyst, proposition creation for each online channel or e-retailer in advance
    • Promotional plan to boost sales to achieve sales target (co-ordinate with offline sales channel to avoid channel conflict)
    • Increase brand awareness in market via online marketplace promotions and social media
    • Co-ordinate with e-agent to recheck inventory and sales report & analyst for each online channel to ensure good proposition of inventory
    • Web front ended management for all online channel as plan
    • Create media planning & execution of communication plan to ensure cost of marketing align in good proportion with revenue
  • Prepare and manage the contents of E-commerce and website to ensure customers receive full knowledge and information about our products

Your Profile

Key Requirements

  • Minimum a Degree in any field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce
  • Familiar with website design, concept and method, understand the latest trend and development, able to know customers’ behavior and master the technical system or structure
  • Demonstrates competency in online business development and growing online sales with proven E-commerce concepts and tools
  • Strong sales driven personality with organization and leadership abilities
  • Strategic Thinking & Sales planning
  • Analytical Thinking
  • Financial Knowledge (budget management)
  • Cross functional team work
  • IT technical knowledge for digital asset management.
  • Hands on for operations work
  • Negotiation skills
