Starbright is a provider of wood products. Our company has been in operation internationally for three years and has seen significant revenue growth. We outgrew our current infrastructure and processes in three years and are now ready to take the next step in scaling up our organization. Therefore, we are hiring a systems analyst to join our existing high-performance team.

The systems analysts’ overarching responsibility is to implement, maintain, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as organizations grow. In our ERP implementation, system analysts will be assigned project management roles.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases
• Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, east of maintenance, and system performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the Field of Computer, science, information technology, engineering, or information systems
• Strong computer, software, and analytical skills
• Database skill is a must: SQL
• Some programming languages are preferable
