Advocare Quakerbridge Pediatrics is a fast-paced, high-standard outpatient pediatric practice seeking a full-time, on-site Practice Manager. Because we are partnered with the Advocare physician network—which handles our payroll, high-level HR, and major revenue cycle management—this role is entirely focused on driving local clinical operations. We are looking for a proactive leader to manage daily patient flow, lead our clinical support staff, and ensure our practice runs with = efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Direct daily clinic flow, manage staff templates, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and handle on-site patient escalations.

- Staff Management: Lead local recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, and training for our medical assistants and front desk team.

- Clinical & Inventory Management: Oversee all medical supply procurement, cold-chain compliance, and comprehensive vaccine inventory management (both VFC and private stock).

- Billing & Administration: Perform daily claim scrubbing for coding accuracy before submission to central billing. Act as the primary liaison with Medallion for provider credentialing.

- Facility Oversight: Serve as the main point of contact for IT, vendors, and physical office maintenance.


Qualifications:

- Minimum 3–5 years of proven medical office management experience.

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred.

- Strong proficiency in EMR systems, medical coding/claim scrubbing, and daily billing workflows.

- Highly organized, decisive, and capable of managing a high-volume clinical floor.

- Must be able to work full-time, on-site in our Hamilton, NJ office.
