a high-octane Business Development Salesperson to lead the charge. We are not looking for
someone to manage the status quo; we are looking for a winner—a strategic rainmaker who can
identify opportunities, build trust with key decision makers, and dominate the market.
If you have a deep Rolodex of private owners, family offices, investors, and brokers, and a
track record of sourcing and securing management assignments across diverse asset
classes, this is your platform to build something massive.
The Role
As the Business Development Salesperson, you will be the tip of the spear for our growth
strategy. You will leverage your industry expertise and connections to originate new
business and secure management contracts across multifamily, industrial, office, retail,
mixed-use, and hospitality assets by contacting Landlords/Owners/Trusts.
