Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Education: Answer questions with accurate, science-based information regarding our metabolic health products.

  • Video Onboarding: meaningful connections via video calls to comfort and guide members as they begin their journey.

  • Subscription Management: Proactively reach out to customers to resolve declined payments or subscription issues, ensuring they don't miss a shipment.

  • Sales & Service Hybrid: Identify customer needs to suggest product adjustments or add-ons that enhance their results.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Host guests for in-office tours and represent the brand at local pop-up sales events.

We Are Looking For:

  • Someone proficient in professional engagement (Phone and In-Person).

  • A candidate who asks, "How could this be done better?" and provides feedback to management.

  • Spanish/English bilingual skills are highly preferred.
