Title: Executive Training Specialist

Job Description:

The Executive Training Specialist leads the design and development of executive-level curriculum aligned with federal leadership competencies and agency requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop executive training modules
• Align curriculum with strategic leadership, emotional intelligence, and public sector competencies
• Collaborate with SMEs to tailor content to OSHA mission needs
• Develop instructional materials, exercises, and assessments
• Ensure training aligns with adult learning principles

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor�s degree in education, organizational development, or related field

Experience Requirements:

• Experience designing leadership development programs
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies
• Experience in federal or public sector training preferred
