No school bus experience necessary! We will provide training for you to get your CDL and required endorsements!
We are proud to offer:
- $25.00 to $33.36 per hour (based on experience)
- Paid weekly
- AM & PM shifts
- No weekends required
- Time off during school holidays
- Weekly Attendance Bonus - $1.00 per hour (must work Monday-Friday, all shifts AM & PM)*
Hours:
- Route Hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the A.M./P.M. route package*
- Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters
- Summer School routes available – Work year-round with School Holiday breaks

As an Illinois Central School Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:
- Meet and greet students with a smile and a positive attitude
- Safely transport passengers
- Assists students in the loading and unloading process
- Good verbal communication skills
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Pass a background check, drug screen & physical
