We are seeking a motivated leader who can run a shift like it’s their own business. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for team performance, guest satisfaction, food safety compliance, and operational execution during your shift. You will coach team members, manage labor and productivity, handle guest concerns, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
This role requires strong decision-making skills, accountability, and the ability to maintain composure in high-volume environments. If you take pride in leading from the front and setting the pace for the team, this is the opportunity for you.
You’ll lead the team during your shift — ensuring speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and an exceptional guest experience. You are responsible for keeping the operation running smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction
- Manage labor and productivity during your shift
- Coach and develop team members in the moment
- Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally
- Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and health standards
- Count drawers and manage cash accurately (if applicable)
- Open and/or close the restaurant following company procedures
- Maintain a positive, high-energy work environment
- Communicate clearly with management and team members
