Elite Parking Services is hiring full time Overnight Call Center Representatives. Shift hours are 10pm - 6am however training will be various shifts of 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm..  Pay rate is $19/hour.

What you'll be doing:
- Handling incoming intercom calls
- Providing instructions/support to customers regarding parking procedures
- Troubleshoot issues
- Document customer interactions
- Manage multiple calls/tasks efficiently

You have:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in using relevant computer systems, mobile devices and software
- Ability to work well as a team player
- Ability to maintain professionalism, positive demeanor, and adhere to company standards
