Be the Difference in Someone’s Fresh Start

At Mana Resources, we lead with aloha , compassion, respect, and genuine connection. Since 2008, we’ve walked alongside young adults transitioning out of foster care and juvenile corrections, helping them build independence, confidence, and a future they can believe in.

This role isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to be a steady, supportive presence during one of the most important transitions in a young person’s life.

You won’t be expected to “fix” anything. Instead, you’ll show up with patience, consistency, and heart, offering guidance, encouragement, and stability when it matters most.

What You’ll Do

  •  Support young adults (18–19) as they transition into independent living
  •  Teach practical life skills like budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and self-care
  •  Help build routines, responsibility, and healthy habits
  •  Provide guidance around employment readiness and workplace expectations
  •  Encourage emotional growth, communication, and problem-solving skills
  •  Be a consistent, calm, and positive role model — even on challenging days
Who You Are

  •  Patient, grounded, and emotionally steady
  •  Compassionate and non-judgmental
  •  Able to provide structure while still leading with empathy
  •  Reliable, consistent, and supportive
  •  Passionate about helping young adults succeed
What You’ll Need

  •  High school diploma or GED
  •  Ability to pass a criminal background check
  •  Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation (mileage reimbursed)
  •  CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain — we’ll help!)
Why Mana Resources?

  •  A supportive, mission-driven team
  •  Health, dental, and vision insurance
  •  Paid mileage
  •  Performance reviews at 90 days and annually
  •  Real growth opportunities, we promote from within
  •  Work that is meaningful, impactful, and lasting
