Group 1 GMC Southwest is looking to add a Service Advisor to join our GMC team. *Must be available to work weekends
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
Qualifications:
- Customer-facing sales experience required (retail, outside sales, or hospitality/server experience acceptable).
- Prior Service Advisor Experience is a Plus!
- CDK, Xtime, and TSD Experience Preferred
- Product Knowledge
- Attention to Detail
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must Have a Valid Driver’s License
