Clutch has been recognized by Inc Magazine as one of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the United States for six consecutive years and has been listed in Deloitte’s North America Technology Fast 500.

We promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by weaving it into all of our processes—from hiring practices and benefits to our employee-led, executive-sponsored DE&I committee. Clutch has been recognized by Comparably as a best company for career growth, work-life balance, and diversity.

Who We Are Looking For

Clutch is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, results-driven, and AI-first Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to scale our internal revenue processes.

You'll sit at the intersection of our sales, marketing, and customer success operations, building the systems, workflows, and reporting that help Clutch's revenue teams move faster and perform better. You'll identify & solve functional gaps (forecasting, territory management, billing operations, enablement) while actively integrating AI into how we work — using HubSpot Breeze, Gong, Claude, and other tools to make sure our sales team is spending their time doing what they’re best at - sales.

As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll report to our Director of Revenue Operations and work cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership. We're looking for someone who operates with a high degree of autonomy and defaults to "how do I make this smarter?" rather than just getting it done.

This is a hybrid role at Clutch headquarters in DC. In addition, we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time and in the future for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the full revenue funnel (New Business, Account Management, and Customer Success) and build automated or AI-augmented solutions to address functional gaps.
  • Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other teams to independently scope and build processes, automations, and AI-augmented workflows that meet cross-functional goals
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and used to its fullest potential to support customer journey management, drive sales, and enable AI integrations
  • Enhance and maintain deal automation in HubSpot, including approval workflows, pricing/discount logic, and contract/renewal infrastructure, to reduce sales cycle friction and improve data integrity
  • Build standardized reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Sheets to track key performance metrics, support sales forecasting and quota-setting cycles, and surface actionable insights for the revenue team
  • Keep abreast of AI and GTM tool updates and develop ideas on how our tools should evolve to meet stakeholder and customer needs

By the end of your first 6 months, you'll have:

  • Independently scoped and shipped 3–5 cross-functional Rev Ops projects end-to-end
  • Become a trusted owner of at least one Rev Ops domain — partners in Revenue, Marketing, or CS come to you directly rather than escalating to your manager
  • Built and deployed at least one AI-augmented workflow or agentic automation that's now depended on by our Revenue team
  • Autonomously defined the majority of tasks on your monthly OKRs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in GTM Operations (Sales Ops or Revenue Ops)
  • Proficient in AI tools such as Claude, OpenClaw, Gumloop, or similar
  • Proficient automation tools such as Retool, Google App Scripts, Zapier, Make, or similar
  • Proficient in data manipulation and report building in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar
  • Experience developing, documenting, and troubleshooting complex workflows or challenges in a CRM
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and quality assurance
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate outcomes, impacts, and roadblocks
  • Track record of working cross-functionally to identify new projects and scoping project steps to ensure on-time completion

Nice to Haves

  • Progress toward or completion of HubSpot certifications
  • Experience supporting sales commission processes and territory management
