As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you’ll play an important role in helping our patients feel comfortable and cared for. You’ll work closely with providers and teammates to deliver high-quality care, keep clinic flow running smoothly, and support patients with both their medical needs and overall experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations and procedures in a family medicine setting
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health information accurately
  • Prepare and maintain patient medical records ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments and follow-up visits
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Valid LVN license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of one year experience working in family medicine or a related healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery
