We are seeking a talented and experienced Archer Developer with .Net Skills to join our team. As an Archer Exchange Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using the Archer GRC platform. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and architect Archer solutions that align with organizational goals and comply with industry regulations.
• Configure the Archer platform by defining data fields, workflows, notifications, and reports.
• Develop and inspect custom modules, scripts, and integrations to extend the functionality of the Archer platform.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the Archer solutions meet defined requirements.
• Assist in providing user documentation and ongoing maintenance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IRM space.

Education & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) domains.
• Proven experience as an Archer Solution Developer. Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Java Script skills are required and exposure to programming skills (.NET preferred).
• Track record of exceptional performance and consistent professional growth in previous roles.
•  Bachelor’s degree (technical) or equivalent; MBA a plus.
