Join Thompson Creek Window Company, a trusted leader in home improvement, as a Warehouse Driver and Operations Associate. In this role, you will play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly by delivering materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting our installation teams. You will ensure products and materials move safely and efficiently from our warehouse to our customers’ homes and event locations.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, safety, and teamwork while enjoying an active, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Safely operate company delivery vehicles of various sizes to transport materials for installation jobs and from local vendors.
• Load and unload materials for retail and commercial installation jobs as well as Thompson Creek shows and exhibits.
• Accurately receive, document, and store incoming materials.
• Maintain daily vehicle logs, conduct safety inspections, and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Pick and stage materials for daily installations and service jobs.
• Use company-issued iPads and inventory control applications to track product movement and maintain accurate records.
• Support the setup and breakdown of displays for events and marketing exhibits.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and participate in physical inventory checks.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Certification will be provided if needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following company safety and PPE standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse and operational excellence.
Requirements
What You Bring:
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and iPad applications.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Must be able to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Equipment: Ability to obtain forklift certification within 60 days of hire.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing over 50 pounds.
