Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure safety and well-being
- Conduct routine checks and document observations
- Respond appropriately to resident needs or crises during overnight hours
- Maintain a structured, calm environment conducive to rest
- Complete required documentation, logs, and shift reports
- Communicate important information during shift change
- Follow all safety, emergency, and behavioral health protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or human services preferred
- Ability to stay alert, dependable, and professional during overnight shifts
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
- Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
Schedule:
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekdays and/or weekends available
- Consistent overnight hours
