What You Will Do

  • Diagnose and resolve complex automation and control system issues (PLCs, HMIs, robotics, drives)
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, sensors, safety circuits, and industrial networks
  • Support PLC and HMI updates, debugging, and system improvements
  • Work with SCADA systems (Ignition) for monitoring, alarms, and data integration
  • Lead technical support during equipment installation, startup, and commissioning
  • Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term corrective solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to optimize automated processes
  • Help drive continuous improvement and system reliability across production

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience with PLC-controlled manufacturing systems
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics, HMIs, motion systems, and robotics interfaces
  • Knowledge of industrial networking (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP, etc.)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot independently in fast-paced environments
  • A mindset focused on problem-solving, ownership, and continuous improvement
