About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

 

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our Resort Tower Operations team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

 

  • Oversee and support front desk agents during assigned shifts to ensure efficient and courteous service.

  • Assist with guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and billing inquiries.

  • Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism and discretion.

  • Act as a role model for service excellence and brand standards.

  • Monitor guest feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary.

  • Train and mentor new front desk agents, ensuring consistent performance and knowledge of procedures.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and service notes.

  • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.

  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Support the Assistant Manager in shift planning, reporting, and operational tasks.

 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in front office or guest services, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.

  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

  • May involve standing for extended periods and occasional handling of guest luggage or amenities.

  • Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
