Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License required
- Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, coverage reviews, and general service requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer protection through household bundling and additional coverage recommendations.
- Retain existing clients by delivering a positive, solution-focused customer experience.
- Process policy endorsements and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and return customer messages in a timely manner.
- Verify and update customer contact information during each interaction.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, company procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and support agency goals.
- Follow up with clients regarding renewals, coverage updates, and account servicing needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Help contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented office environment.
