What You’ll Do
- Hot Line
(Steam Table): Buffet style food line primarily focused on hot
sides accompanying our famous Family Style Chicken dinners: mashed potatoes,
gravy, buttered noodles, vegetable, and of course the chicken! Team members are
responsible for the maintenance of temperatures and quality of food items in
addition to monitoring and portioning of serving sizes to be taken out to
guests. Openly communicates with dining room servers requesting food items
while maintaining constant communication with cooks as to needs for additional
items. - Cold Prep, Salads & Desserts: Buffet style food line focused on the
cold sides accompanying our famous Family Style Chicken dinners: coleslaw,
cranberry relish, pasta salad, side salads, and ice cream. Team members are
responsible for maintaining temperature and quality of food items as well as
monitoring and portioning of serving sizes to be taken out to guests. This
position is also responsible for preparing batches of coleslaw, pasta salad,
etc. in addition to plating cold plates such as salads, sandwiches, and
desserts for presentation to guests.

Schedule
- Must be available
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays - Some weekday
daytime availability is also needed at this time - Shift times vary
based on business needs, including daytime, evening, and closing shifts
(typically ending between 10pm–midnight)
Physical
Requirements
- Ability to
stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts - Ability to lift/push/pull
up to 50 pounds
Uniform: Black
dress/work pants, black slip-resistant shoes, and a white collared shirt or
chef coat
