Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Technician with strong diagnostic ability, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with European vehicles. In this role, you鈥檒l serve as the go-to expert in the shop鈥攈andling complex diagnostics, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring high standards of repair and efficiency are met daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of European makes and models.

  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians; provide training and support as needed.

  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate repair estimates and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain high-quality repair standards in line with manufacturer specifications.

  • Stay up to date with the latest technical information and repair procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience (European vehicle experience strongly preferred).

  • ASE Master Certification or equivalent manufacturer training (preferred but not required).

  • Deep understanding of European diagnostic systems, tools, and repair procedures.

  • Proven leadership or foreman-level experience is a plus.

  • Valid driver鈥檚 license with clean driving record.

  • Must own professional-grade tools suitable for European vehicle repair.
