Discovery Point Hamilton Mill is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners (6 weeks–12 months).
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, responsive care to infants throughout the day
- Follow daily schedules for feeding, diapering, naps, and activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and sensory activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s day
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing and center policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain ratios and supervision
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of infant development and care practices
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must meet all Georgia DECAL requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, patient, and attentive

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Center hours: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (shift assigned within operating hours)
