Madden’s is currently seeking a Bakery Assistant who is a passionate, hardworking individual that is interested in mastering and learning the skill of baking. Previous experience is not required but is desired – you will be supported with training and mentorship to success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform baking tasks as assigned by Pastry Chef.


• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks to ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the following day.


• Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and ovens.


• Assists the Pastry Chef in mixing, scooping and all baking procedures involved with creating Madden’s quality baked goods.


• Follow recipes portion sizes and quality standards. Ensure all recipes and orders are executed at the highest possible standards of accuracy and in a timely manner.


• Will need to deliver baked items to resort outlets.


• Regular and reliable attendance.


• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.


• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. 


• Helps load and unload supplies and products. 


• All other duties as assigned.
