We are a locally owned family farm looking for a Season Harvest Assistant member to join our team.

Position:  Season Harvest Assistant

Compensation:  $17.13/hr. with no experience, or may be based on level of job description experience.

Benefits:  Will be available if hired full time at the end of our summer harvest season for another position within our companies with no break in service and reaching the 90-day probation period.

Daily Job  Duties/Essential Functions include but not limited to:

Tasks may include, transporting food to the harvest crew 2X per day, procuring ordered parts and transporting them,  assisting the Farm Manager or harvest team upon request.

Candidates should have:

  -  Timely and consistent attendance is mandatory.

  -  Use of good and clear communication skills between team members and management.

  -  Possessing a "team member" mentality is essential.  All tasks will require close collaboration.

  -  Possess good organizational skills.

  -  Be detail oriented.

  -  Must work efficiently.

  -  Self-Discipline; able to follow instructions, receive input and be a self-starter.

  -  Be able to adapt to changing workloads and schedules.

  -  Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

  -  Must possess a desired and willingness to learn and improve.

Qualifications:

  -  Must possess a valid Driver's License

  -  Pre-employment drug screening required.
