Job Summary

As a Validation Engineer,   you will collaborate with our R&D team to evaluate IoT Wireless Products   on Open Linux enabled platforms. Your responsibilities will include, among   others the creation, analysis  and   debug of applications written with the Open Linux SDK, designing and   deploying comprehensive test plans, and developing test case documents and   automated test routines tailored for the  Open Linux SDK architecture. A critical   aspect of the role is to validate the whole  Open Linux system, so the best candidate   must have a full view of what a Linux System is and how applications are   developed , compiled and runs on it.

Objectives & Responsibilities

· Execute & analyse   Test Sessions delivering detailed Test Reports on the Open Linux SDK

· Analyse test results and   verify compliance with product specifications

·  Maintain, plan, design, develop test scripts   aimed to validate IOT cellular wireless products

· Bugs and Change Requests   handling in Jira, manage assigned tasks and constantly report on the   validation status.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in   computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or currently enrolled   students who are close to completing their degree (e.g., missing only a few   exams or thesis).

· Deep knowledge of Linux   and C development capabilities 

· Basic Software   programming skills (e.g. Python)

· Strong communication   skills, problem solving and ability to work in Team.

Preferred Qualifications

· 2 years‘ experience in   product test development for cellular/wireless technology

· Experience with RF/HW   automated test and measurement equipments would be a Plus
