Provides oversight of homes with adults that have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Promotes a supportive and accepting environment within the home for the people we support and their families and regularly monitors each person in the home to ensure their needs are met. Programs provided by the home must meet licensing and accreditation standards and conform to the agency's values, performance standards, policies, and procedures. The Residential Manager Floater will cover Residential Manager (RM) positions as they become vacant, covers homes as assigned while RMs are on vacation and provide training to new RMs.
The Residence Manager Floater supervises personnel as delineated by the organizational chart and is responsible for providing a positive work atmosphere that reflects the agency values.
