Job Title: Room Attendant (Full-Time)
Location: Marriott Charleston – Charleston, SC
Department: Housekeeping
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $17.00 per hour

About the role:

The Marriott Charleston is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Full-Time Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to brand standards, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests. Your efficiency, cleanliness, and positive attitude will directly impact guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and reset guest rooms according to Marriott brand standards

  • Replace linens and amenities and restock supplies

  • Report maintenance issues or room damage to supervisors

  • Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests as needed

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

  • Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented work ethic

  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
