Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct resident care, monitor health status and vital signs, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in supporting both residents and the interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
Promote a compassionate, professional, and team-oriented care environment
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
