Lead with Purpose as an Area Director of Operations – West Coast Region



Functional Pathways is seeking an experienced, dynamic Area Director of Operations (ADO) to oversee and elevate multiple rehabilitation facilities across the West Coast region. This salaried leadership role offers quarterly performance-based incentives and the chance to make a meaningful, hands-on impact.



 



Role and Responsibilities:



As an ADO, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:





  • Conducting regular on-site visits to support and engage local teams




  • Building strong relationships with facility administrators and team leaders




  • Leading structured meetings and strategic initiatives




  • Identifying and resolving operational challenges




  • Ensuring ongoing accessibility and support for staff




  • Overseeing documentation, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes




  • Leading quality assurance efforts and implementing forward-thinking rehabilitation programs
