Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Full-Time

📍 Coastal Health | Primary Care Office – Old St. Augustine Road



Coastal Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing primary care team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive outpatient environment focused on whole-person, preventive care.



As an APRN, you will work collaboratively with our physicians to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages. You’ll play a key role in promoting wellness, managing chronic conditions, and helping patients achieve their best health.





What You’ll Do




  • Perform physical exams and assess patient health status

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests

  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

  • Provide preventive care and patient education

  • Collaborate with physicians on more complex cases

  • Triage patient calls and address concerns appropriately

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

  • Support continuity of care and follow-up with patients

Qualifications




  • Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

  • Current (or eligible) Florida RN license

  • Certified (or eligible) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

  • 1–3 years of outpatient or primary care experience preferred
