Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Full-Time

📍 Coastal Health | Primary Care Office – Old St. Augustine Road

Coastal Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing primary care team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive outpatient environment focused on whole-person, preventive care.

As an APRN, you will work collaboratively with our physicians to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages. You’ll play a key role in promoting wellness, managing chronic conditions, and helping patients achieve their best health.

What You’ll Do

Perform physical exams and assess patient health status

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

Provide preventive care and patient education

Collaborate with physicians on more complex cases

Triage patient calls and address concerns appropriately

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Support continuity of care and follow-up with patients

Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Current (or eligible) Florida RN license

Certified (or eligible) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

1–3 years of outpatient or primary care experience preferred
