About the Role:

As an Auto Body Technician / Painter, you�ll handle structural and cosmetic repairs, perform high-quality refinishing, and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. Whether you're straightening panels or spraying the perfect coat, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, flawless repairs with pride and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and evaluate vehicle damage to determine repair strategy

  • Remove, replace, and repair body components in accordance with OEM and company standards

  • Prep, mask, clean, sand, and prime vehicle surfaces for painting

  • Apply base coats, clear coats, and touch-ups using spray equipment

  • Buff and sand surfaces for a flawless finish

  • Mix and match paints for accurate color blending

  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols, including PPE and hazardous material handling

  • Communicate effectively with the team and management regarding repair status

  • Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition

Qualifications:

  • 1�3+ years of experience in auto body repair and painting

  • Strong working knowledge of repair techniques, refinishing systems, and vehicle structures

  • Experience with waterborne or solvent-based paint systems and spray equipment

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and occasionally 70+ lbs

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver�s license preferred

  • I-CAR and/or ASE certifications preferred
