The Car Wash/Detail Manager has full responsibility for the car wash and detail center operations including hiring, firing, scheduling, inventory and people development and facility maintenance. The Manager will be responsible for creating budgets and meeting financial goals. The Manager is expected to be a “Player Coach” by continuing to perform all the duties in a center while leading the team.
