Responsibilities:
• Leverage prior experience working with media agencies, trading desks, or programmatic
technology partners to drive campaign success and strategic programmatic initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across major local DSPs and programmatic platforms,
ensuring best practices in setup, optimization, and measurement.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of DSP and exchange economics to negotiate trading benefits,
secure preferred deals, and optimize buying efficiency.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key local publishers, data partners, and programmatic
product vendors to unlock unique media opportunities and audience insights.
• Apply deep understanding of programmatic trading models (open auction, PMPs, preferred
deals, programmatic guaranteed) to balance advertiser performance goals with publisher
monetization strategies.
• Translate complex programmatic and adtech concepts into simple, non-technical language for
clients and internal stakeholders—e.g., explaining cookie syncing, lookalike modeling, or
identity graphs in a clear, relatable way.
• Manage and mentor the team, overseeing their performance and development.
Required Experience:
• 4+ years of digital media experience, preferably in a media agency or trading desk.
• Proficient in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, Campaign Manager, GA360).
• Hands-on expertise with leading AdTech and MarTech platforms.
• Experience in programmatic strategy, client decks, and new business pitches.
• Strong understanding of programmatic platforms and campaign execution.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on scaling existing business.
