Job Description
Purpose of Position

The Supervisor, Repair Station Supply & FBO Services is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective supervision of the NJS145 LLC Supply, Aircraft Cleaning, Aircraft Fueling and FBO Operations.  This includes inventory, tooling and warehouse management.  This position directs the FBO and Warehouse services provided at the CMH headquarters assuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft parking, departure, fueling, towing, de-icing and cleaning services provided.  The Supervisor, Repair Station Supply & FBO Services provides direction and supervision to Union Stock Clerks, Fuelers and Cleaners assuring the highest level of safety, quality and customer service in accordance with applicable company, local and federal regulations. 

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Provides strong leadership to FBO and Warehouse team through clear communication, motivation, and encouragement; structured and organized actions; positive work environment to ensure the highest possible services levels are achieved and employee relations issues are minimized in a union work environnment.
  • Ensures that the FBO and Warehouse team complies with all workplace safety, environmental, and other applicable regulations (ex: OSHA, FAA, Airport Authority)
  • Provides warehouse and inventory management including cylce counting, record keeping, purchasing, stocking levels, shipping and receiving of aircraft parts, tooling and commissary products as required.   
  • Maintain the calibration cycles, records, purchasing and repair of aircraft tooling and ground support equipment.
  • Plans and directs all activities of the FBO Services operations in accordance with policy, procedure and regulatory standards. (ex: NATA, Line Service Manual, Quality Control Manual)
  • Supports existing relationships with customers, vendors, internal departments, suppliers and establishes new relationships accordingly.
