Responsible for providing back-end support in the field of Finance and Accounting. Performance of duties related to General ledger analysis, fixed asset and inventory management and control. Prepare and post financial entries in accordance with GAAP. Organize, analyze and prepare complex financial schedules and reports. He will serve as a point of contact in stocks inventory and coordination with the Inventory Leader, Logistics team and Business units
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain inventory items and perform inventory analysis
- Monitor slow moving, expiring or expired inventory then recommend and seek BU’s disposition
- Analyze data and statistics to continually improve processes
- Use software to track inventory characteristics, types, and movement
- Audit processes and inventory to track performance
- Find ways to reduce costs and optimize control procedures
- Report findings, reports, and data to upper management
- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
- Strategize inventory volumes
- Keep track of stock levels, responding to demand and identifying ways to make sure the right items are accessible
- Review of accrual entries made by finance members and proposed by BU.
- Perform analysis to predict potential inventory issues
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
- Perform reconciliation on inventory reports and inventory counts, draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendation.
- Maintain record and monitor company’s fixed asset.
- Do fixed asset count, perform reconciliation and make appropriate recommendation.
- Assist monthly GL account analysis and year-end schedules for audit.
Customer Service Responsibility
- Leads or coordinates inventory matters with internal departments.
- Respond to requests for information.
- Develop and manage internal communication activities.
Secondary Functions
- Other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager and/or Division Manager
- Handle general accounting functions
EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL
- Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or Finance
EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED
- At least 3-5 years related experience in inventory control management, fixed asset, audit, accounting and finance.

- Capable and with good level for Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge on SAP-FICO, MM module operation
