Business Development team:
We are looking for a Manager of Institutional Partnerships & Procurement to own and manage the relationships and vendors that enable our company to operate on a daily basis.
This role focuses on institutional and operational partners — not sales — ensuring continuity, efficiency, strong governance, and long-term strategic alignment across the company.
Challenges that await you:
- Own and manage relationships with institutional and operational partners critical to daily operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner performance, issue resolution and escalations.
- Ensure partners meet SLAs, contractual commitments and operational standards.
- Identify partner dependencies, risks and inefficiencies, and propose mitigation plans.
- Lead procurement processes for non-commercial areas across the company.
- Manage vendor selection, negotiation, renewals and contract lifecycle.
- Drive cost optimization, vendor consolidation and contract standardization.
- Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Operations and Product.
- Provide leadership with visibility into partner performance, costs and risks.

- 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, procurement, operations or strategic alliances.
- Advanced conversational English level.
- Advanced conversational Spanish level.
- Conversational Russian level (nice to have).

- Experience working in complex or regulated environments.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and critical relationships.
- Highly structured, detail-oriented and ownership-driven.
- Experience in fintech, financial services or technology platforms (nice to have).
