Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in .NET technologies to lead and manage enterprise software development projects within the Banking and Financial Services domain.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical proficiency with project management capabilities to drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET-based application development projects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project execution
- Plan, track, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to banking, security, and compliance standards
- Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams on .NET technologies
- Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 3–5 years in Project Management roles
- Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
- Hands-on experience with C#, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise or banking applications
