Casey J's Tavern is a member of Serenitee Restaurant Group and we are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

What you’ll do:

Deliver warm, professional hospitality from greeting to goodbye
Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming “remember your name” experience
Engage with regulars and make first-timers feel like they’ve been coming for years
Confidently guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and offer recommendations
Work both the floor and bar as needed, providing seamless service in either role
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with accuracy, speed, and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized section and/or bar while staying attentive and efficient
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, high-quality service every shift
