The Role

We are seeking a Director of Program Management, who will be providing strategic leadership and oversight for complex, multi‑year, cross‑functional programs that align with enterprise business objectives. You will be partnering closely with senior business, technology, and operations leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

In addition, you will be driving end‑to‑end program execution, including planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and delivery assurance. You will establish and mature program management standards, frameworks, and metrics to improve predictability, transparency, and value realization. You will lead, mentor, and scale high‑performing program and project management teams.

The Expertise & Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a strong plus.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise programs across technology, data, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication at executive levels.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and traditional (Waterfall) delivery models, with ability to apply hybrid approaches.
  • Exceptional leadership, influence, and decision‑making skills in matrixed and global organizations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on outcomes, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.

The Team

As Program Manager you will be working as part of a high‑performing team that develops and supports solutions for the Performance and Attribution Tribe within Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations Technology (FFIO Tech). The team plays a critical role in enabling accurate performance measurement and timely, explainable attribution insights that directly support investment decision‑making.
