Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve targeted productivity and quality standards for Container Freight Station (CFS) operations.
- Implement and monitor cost control strategies and operational procedures.
- Liaise with customer representatives to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
- Supervise carting, stuffing, de-stuffing, and loading activities in line with documentation and client requirements.
- Ensure timely placement of import containers prior to customs inspection as per customer requests.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols in accordance with established SOPs and Risk Assessments (RAs).
- Coordinate with Warehouse In-Charge and contractors to achieve operational and team objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), and supply chain security standards.
- Oversee proper placement and handling of empty containers for stuffing and de-stuffing operations.
- Ensure hazardous cargo is handled safely and stored only in designated areas.
- Report any cargo damage at the time of arrival to customers promptly via phone and email.
- Coordinate with surveyors, checkers, and vendor supervisors to ensure quality service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of CFS (Container Freight Station) operations, including documentation and cargo handling processes.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse/logistics management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer liaison.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team to achieve operational goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and process management.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in warehouse environments.
