Job Description

Do you love connecting people to opportunities, building a workplace people actually enjoy, and making a real impact from day one? Then keep reading—this might be your kind of role.

We’re looking for an HR & Recruiting Specialist who can own the full hiring journey from that first “we need someone amazing” moment all the way through onboarding and beyond. You’ll be the go-to person for finding talent, creating a standout candidate experience, and helping new hires feel like they belong from day one. And because we believe work should be more than just work, you’ll also play a key role in driving employee engagement and keeping our culture strong, positive, and just the right amount of fun.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding—you’ve got it covered)
  • Create a smooth, engaging candidate experience that reflects who we are
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
  • Plan and support employee engagement initiatives that people actually look forward to
  • Help foster a workplace culture that’s inclusive, collaborative, and energizing
  • Jump in on HR projects and initiatives that make a difference

What You Bring:

  • A knack for building relationships and reading people (in a good way)
  • Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple roles without dropping the ball
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for making work a better place to be
  • Solid communication skills (you know how to keep things clear, professional, and human)
  • HR or recruiting experience is great, but personality and drive matter just as much
