Your role in evolving how we work:

As a member of the OT Hub, the OT Cyber Analyst is a hands‑on technical contributor responsible for building and sustaining visibility, risk awareness, and core cybersecurity capabilities across Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role emphasizes asset inventory, vulnerability management, reporting, and OT data integration to support informed decision‑making and strengthen cyber resilience across industrial operations.

  • Working closely with engineering, plant operations, enterprise cybersecurity, and asset management teams, the OT Cyber Analyst helps ensure OT assets are accurately tracked, risks are clearly understood, and cybersecurity initiatives are implemented in a consistent and effective manner.
  • Configure and maintain OT asset discovery, visibility, and inventory across industrial environments
  • Support OT vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and risk analyses aligned with enterprise priorities
  • Develop standardized OT cybersecurity metrics, dashboards, and leadership-level reporting
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and gap analyses for OT systems in line with internal policies and external regulations
  • Improve data quality, automation, and consistency across OT cybersecurity tools and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with OT engineering, operations, asset management, and cybersecurity teams
  • Provide expert input on cyber controls, risk mitigation strategies, and integration of new OT security tools
  • Support OT cybersecurity initiatives, including secure-by-design and lifecycle management programs
  • Contribute to incident analysis and post-incident reporting for OT cybersecurity events
  • Maintain governance documentation (e.g., charters, RACI, decision logs) and support safety and GMP requirements

The profile that will contribute to change:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field required
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
  • 3–5 years of experience in OT, ICS, industrial IT, or cybersecurity roles
  • Working knowledge of OT/ICS environments, industrial networks, and automation systems
  • Experience with asset inventory, vulnerability management, or monitoring tools in OT or IT contexts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, or similar cybersecurity frameworks
  • 62443, CRISC, CISSP, or GICSP or related certifications preferred.
  • Understanding of OT systems, governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST CSF), and enterprise risk management
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Professional fluency in French/English
