WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US

This is a high-impact regional marketing role sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution. As Marketing Manager for Central Europe and Middle East & Africa, you will own the end-to-end marketing programme for two distinct and commercially important regions – developing and delivering integrated campaigns that drive pipeline, deepen engagement with priority accounts, and directly support revenue goals.

You’ll be an embedded partner to regional commercial leadership, acting as the primary marketing point of contact for Sales and Customer Success teams across CE and MEA. At the same time, you’ll work closely with the broader Commercial Marketing team, drawing on global content, digital capabilities, and demand generation frameworks to build campaigns that land with relevance and impact in your specific markets.

This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and delivering results – someone who can translate market intelligence and account data into sharp campaign thinking, and then execute with precision across multiple channels.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Drive regional pipeline through intelligent, targeted marketing

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to commercial priorities across CE and MEA, with a focus on new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Leverage account intelligence, intent data, and engagement signals to identify and prioritise high-value opportunities, shaping ABM programmes that create meaningful impact at the account level.
  • Build and manage upper-funnel demand generation activity that moves target accounts from awareness to active consideration.

Partner with regional commercial teams

  • Work as a strategic partner to regional Sales and Customer Success leadership, ensuring marketing activities are tightly aligned with pipeline priorities and commercial goals.
  • Translate commercial insight – market dynamics, competitive pressures, buyer behaviour – into actionable marketing plans that resonate locally.
  • Serve as the regional voice back to the global marketing team, feeding in market intelligence that informs positioning, content, and campaign strategy.

Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns

  • Partner with our Marketing Centres of Excellence to plan and deliver campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels – working with the global digital team to ensure consistent execution and measurement.
  • Curate and localise content from Solutions Marketing to ensure relevance and resonance in your specific markets.
  • Support and manage regional events, including industry conferences and SimCorp-hosted programmes, in partnership with our Events team.

Measure, report, and continuously improve

  • Analyse campaign performance and translate results into clear commercial insight for regional stakeholders.
  • Maintain a consistent approach to pipeline attribution, ensuring marketing’s contribution to regional revenue goals is visible and understood.
  • Use data and insight to continuously refine targeting, channel mix, and messaging.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, within financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology – with experience running campaigns that generate pipeline.
  • Solid grounding in Account-Based Marketing principles and practice – you understand how to use intelligence and data to target, personalise, and engage at the account level.
  • A commercial mindset – you connect marketing activity to business outcomes and communicate that clearly to stakeholders.
  • Effective project management skills – you can run multiple campaigns simultaneously, manage competing priorities, and deliver to deadlines without losing quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – you build credibility quickly with commercial teams and know how to be a genuine partner to Sales.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and adjust – the financial technology landscape moves fast, and you’re motivated by learning new concepts and applying them in your market context.
  • Confidence and initiative – you’re willing to bring new ideas to the table, push back when needed, and act as a genuine advocate for your regions in global conversations.
