🚀 Position Overview
Regional Staffing Manager, Nuclear Medicine (PET/CT)
This is a remote role based in the Phoenix or Las Vegas market with travel throughout the Western region.
In this position, you will oversee clinical staffing operations across CDL’s PET/CT services, ensuring the right talent is in place to support high-quality patient care and operational excellence. You will lead staffing strategy, scheduling, training, and performance management while partnering closely with operations and recruiting teams to support ongoing growth.
Success in this role requires a strong clinical foundation in nuclear medicine, leadership experience, and the ability to manage a distributed team in a fast-paced environment.
🧠What You’ll Do
Lead regional staffing operations
Manage day-to-day clinical staffing functions, including scheduling, workforce planning, and operational coverage across the region
Drive recruiting and retention efforts
Partner with recruiting and operations to identify, attract, and retain top clinical talent
Oversee staff development and training
Develop training plans, support continuing education, and ensure clinical staff maintain required competencies
Manage team performance and engagement
Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and promote a positive and professional team environment
Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with Regional Directors of Operations, the National Staffing Manager, and recruiting teams to align staffing with business needs
Support clinical operations and quality standards
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, adherence to protocols, radiation safety standards, and overall quality of care
Serve as a regional field leader
Visit client sites as needed to support staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams and physicians
✅ What We’re Looking For
Education
Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Certification
Active NMTCB or ARRT certification required
Experience
Minimum of four years of experience in nuclear cardiology/PET, with leadership and staffing management responsibilities
Clinical and leadership skills
Strong clinical knowledge combined with the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
Communication and organization
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Adaptability
Ability to manage change, handle conflict, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
Travel readiness
Willingness to travel regularly to support clinical sites and team members
