Front Desk Agent – Thurs–Sunday | 3 PM–11 PM
Are you organized, customer-focused, and ready to take the lead in a fast-paced hospitality environment? Sandpoint Hotel & Suites is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in the heart of downtown Sandpoint!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Handle guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain smooth front desk operations during shift hours.
- Perform daily front desk duties including reservations, answering phones, and processing payments.
- Support additional front desk and hospitality duties assigned by management.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support additional front desk and hotel duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the Sandpoint area and local attractions is a bonus.
