What You’ll Do:

As a Clinician, you will deliver evidence-based outpatient therapy and support individuals in achieving meaningful clinical outcomes while maintaining strong engagement and access to care.

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with assessed needs and program standards
  • Coordinate care with internal teams, families, and external providers
  • Facilitate referrals to additional services and support access to care
  • Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain productivity expectations and proactively address barriers to service delivery
  • Provide services across multiple settings, including clinic, community, and telehealth
  • Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development

Who You Are:

  • Master’s Degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field required
  • Licensed or actively working toward licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent preferred)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations in a culturally responsive and empathetic manner
  • Comfortable with electronic health records and technology platforms
  • Committed to ongoing learning, professional growth, and high-quality care
