    Greenwich Public Schools seeks a Grades K-12+ teacher of the hearing impaired / deaf for its 2026 Summer School program.

    • The Elementary Summer School will be located at New Lebanon Elementary School, and the Secondary Summer School will be located at Greenwich High School, from July 6 through August 13, Mondays through Thursdays. An additional preparation day will occur, date to be determined.
    • The Grades K-12 teacher of the hearing impaired / deaf must be certified in Hard of Hearing, Grades PreK-12 (#057).
    • Compensation for all hours will be at the individual teacher's hourly per diem rate as based on the Agreement between the Greenwich Board of Education and the Greenwich Education Association.
    • Position is dependent on student enrollment.
    • Preference will be given to Greenwich Public Schools teachers contracted for the 2026-27 school year, and then to other Greenwich Public Schools benefits-eligible employees.
