Shift: FT Nights 11p-7am or 7p-3a
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Nurse Supervisor (LPN/RN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. This is a leadership role where you will oversee nursing staff, support quality resident care, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN license in OH
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience in SNF/long-term care
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts
- Monitor resident care to ensure safety, dignity, and quality standards are met
- Respond to emergencies and provide direct nursing care when necessary
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Communicate with residents, families, and physicians regarding care needs
- Ensure documentation is accurate and timely
- Promote a positive and professional work environment
