We are looking for experienced techno‑commercial professional to commercially manage and grow our Mining customer segment. The ideal candidate would have deep technical understanding of gold and metal mining operations with strong commercial acumen and market development capability. This role will act as a trusted partner to mining customers, identifying opportunities where activated carbon solutions deliver operational, environmental, and economic value. Geographically this role will cover Southeast Asian region and may have broader geography under umbrella depending on growth opportunities. The location of the candidate can be within the Southeast Asia region, with availability for frequent travel. Main Responsibilities include:
- Develop and own the gold and metal mining customer segment across Southeast Asia
- Drive commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing value‑based solutions, and creating win‑win outcomes for customers and the company
- Engage with mining customers at a technical and commercial level, including process engineers, operations, procurement, and management
- Apply strong technical understanding of metallurgy and metal mining processes, equipment installations, and chemical treatment processes to identify suitable activated carbon applications
- Develop and execute segment‑level business plans, including market mapping, opportunity prioritization, and growth strategies
- Support customers with solution development, including application selection, performance discussions, and technical positioning of activated carbon products
- Actively build and leverage a professional network across metal and gold mining operators and industry stakeholders across the region
- Manage key projects and opportunities from early identification through to commercial closure, in collaboration with technical and other internal teams
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the metal mining sector
- Travel frequently, particularly within the Southeast Asia Region, to support customer engagement and business development activities
