Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our Sales Department in a fast-paced construction environment. This role works closely with Account Managers to assist with client communication, project coordination, and sales documentation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers with client and project coordination

  • Communicate project details, schedules, and updates to clients

  • Assist with proposals, estimates, contracts, and CRM updates

  • Coordinate internally with operations and field teams
